Alex, just downloaded, still build 494. BTW most people are not gonna donwload jus like that just to look if a new build is released. Version 2.1 works correct. If a folders is used multiple times for downloads it opens just once.
If you do that operation on multiple downloads with separate folders, all folders will open.

Try it, updating FDM takes only a few minutes. Less time actualy then making your post I think

Well, there is a switch witch you can set to trigger the IE download dialog after canceling FDM.
It's in Options/Download Options and there tab Monitoring. Mark "Allow IE to download if you press cancel".

It's not exactly what you want but maybe usable.
