Re: PLEASE put up all FDM and Firefox problems here!

The video downloader plugin v1.6.0 of FDM seems to complete the download of large videos by doing several parts simultaneously. However, when I start playing the saved video it hangs right at about 10% and sometimes even lower. This is common when the video is about 20 mins long and the total file s...

Re: FDM 3.9.3

I'm just curious why the Junkware Removal Tool removes FDM from the Startup list. I'm pretty sure FDM isn't a PUP. Maybe the developer of FDM should get in touch with the developer of JRT (thisisu) to sort this out: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/publisher/thisisu/ Thanks for the FDM update!

Re: FDM 3.9.2

I just want to inform everyone that ever since Firefox updated to 18.0.2 and FDM to build 1294 I'm no longer getting that 'Firefox not responding' for a few seconds issue when there are lots of flash videos loading on several tabs at the same time. This used to happen so often when I switch to one ...

Re: FDM 3.9.2

This version 3.9.2 build 1287 still doesn't fix my problem with Firefox freezing (Not responding) for 10-15 secs. when there's a Flash Video or PDF file open, even when there's only a few open tabs. It seems that Firefox is taking a lot of time accessing the memory. Firefox is already a memory hog t...

Many, many thanks!

Pardon me, but do you have problems with FF not responding similar to mine when there's a flash video on a website? I've been experiencing this since FF v.15 and is still bothering me.

Re: FDM 3.9.2

1. Can you describe freezing more detaily? In my case it is only Firefox window that goes blank when I leave FDM "Add download" dialog window on the screen for a long time (several seconds). In this case Firefox is really not responding because it's waiting for my choice. It's no wonder t...

Re: FDM 3.9.2

This FDM 3.9.2 build 1281 didn't have much improvement on Firefox. The screen still freezes (message says Firefox not responding) temporarily for about 15-20 seconds when there's a flash video present on a site. Am I the only one experiencing this problem? I have already formatted and reinstalled a ...
