Re: FDM 5.1 Beta
Hi Developers :) Please may I ask whether your "To Do List" you often mention is published anywhere AND IF NOT may I ask why not? The reason I ask is because posters do not know or easily now what suggestions are on the Developer To Do list and which are not. If a "To Do" list is...

Re: FDM 5.1 Beta
In FDM 3.x popup after click link for download, start without main window program. First starting download in FDM 5 the main window shows a unnecessarily, because then you have to minimize them to the system tray. Agree. No reason to show main window. Display only the new download add info. Nothing...

Re: FDM 3.9.6
Hi :) I'm Hoping someone can advise me. I am using Windows 10 Pro (x64) 1511 Build 10586.3 (TH2). FDM 3.9.6 (also tried 3.9.6 Candidates with same issue) Free Download Manager is set to run at Windows start up and the icon appears in the Notification Tray. However, a few seconds after it has install...

Re: Firefox 40+ extension Release Candidate version
Hi Alex & team
Thanks very much for the Updated FDM and Firefox Plugin. It's really great being able to use FDM again with FF 40 Beta rather than resorting to other lesser app (or on in my case the flashgot addon workaround)

Re: A Comment regarding FDM 3.9.6 and "Plug-in for Firefox" maintenance.
Not sure what is going on with yours but remember this is a free software and no one is holding you to use it. Also FDM doesn't work with x64 browser - that they already said that so many times. I fixed most of my plugin problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling the latest version of FDM. And i...

A Comment regarding FDM 3.9.6 and "Plug-in for Firefox" maintenance.
We recently seem to have a ludicrous situation where FDM's own Plugins keep breaking, are not corrected almost immediately, despite many Forum early warnings of issues, Plugin cannot work with FF x64, and FDM Plug- ins are not Extension Signed so will be blocked by Mozilla with FF40 Release in one M...

Re: PLEASE put up all FDM and Firefox problems here!
fdm pluging not working with firefor 40 beta version Hi, I think I have found a temporary "workaround" mentioned in another Topic (Copy of Full Post below as probably more appropriate in this Topic). I am also using FF 40 It is strange to me that FDM Plugin seems particularly vulnerable t...

Re: Firefox 38.0.5 and 39 crashes on exit
Fixed in 1.7.5.4 version of extension. Just restart your FDM to update your extension to this version. Thanks Alex :D I have installed the new FDM Plug-in 1.7.5.4. EDIT regarding Firefox 40 BETA ONLY : Just to let you know the latest plugin does not work with FF40 Beta (which I am currently using),...

How will Firefox Add-on Extension Signing be dealt with
Hi Development Team :) I appreciate FDM 3.9.* is now only maintained (not developed). Please may I ask what you plans are for dealing with the fast forthcoming Mandatory Firefox Add-on Extension Signing Policy which will automatically block FDM Plugins starting from Firefox 40 Official Release (alre...

A "Heads UP" In Firefox 40.0b Candidate Build 2, FDM Plugin Auto Disabled

 You are so rude and superior at times. I have NEVER complained, and only react due to your provocative put downs (as most not scared of an online roasting from you, would). I am far from the first person have upset with your manner. Alex and Yessa's manner to my posts has always been civil, ...

"Don't forget alphabetically, 39.0 appears before 39.0b7" would have been more helpful :) Wrong. Sort by date is obvious. :D OK you win. but you have also made my point . [NOT having a go Usher - just explaining] I did actually find/realize AFTER your previous "Do read more carefully...

Could you advise me of the URL etc you use, please Usher. Do read more carefully, please: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org Thanks Usher, "Don't forget alphabetically, 39.0 appears before 39.0b7" would have been more helpful :) because it took "daft" me several minutes to work out what you ...
