Does not work with Firefox 3 anymore. No options can be selected with the FDM plugin. It worked fine until a few days ago, now nothing I do can get it to work again. I've tried all the stuff listed above.

Try to uninstall FlashGot and use FDM's integration. After finding FlashGot in 3 profiles and uninstalling them all, FDM works just fine now. FDM has been failing to properly download many files lately. Instead of downloading the actual target file FDM will download a file called 'downloading.php'. Its so frustrating that I want to go back to GetRight.
