Re: FDM 6.0 ALPHA

Came back to the forum after more than a year. Was excited to see a version 6. Unfortunately, so far the 6.0 has not impressed me in any way. I do get you guys had to do a lot of things to create the new version. Furthermore, I do have to agree with MELERIX. Other than the lower download size and ov...

Re: FDM 5.1

What is your OS? Windows 7 SP 1 (March Update) 2) At the moment, if a download is moved, it's paused automatically. SItes like rapidgator, don't allow pausing a download. If paused, you can not resume the download from that point. Instead, the download starts from 0%. For this kind of sites, by mis...

Re: FDM 5.1

--- Report on v5.1.30 [build 6509, Jun 30, 2017] --- * When FDM first starts, each time, memory consumption is around 28MB. However, when a download is started, it goes to around 60MB and stays that way, even when it's idle. Would be nice if it went back to 28MB, after the download was completed. * ...

Re: FDM 5.1

--- Report on v5.1.27 [build 6217, Apr 14, 2017] BETA --- * Start up seems faster then before, also consumes less ram. Before, it used to consume in between 50-70MB. Now, it's around 35-45MB. Hope, you can reduce it to 20-30MB in the future. * The progress tab is missing in batch download. Also, the...

Just downloaded the v5.1.24 build 5803 and so far here is what I got. - Overall the FDM 5.1 seems quite stable and ready for day to day use - New video downloader bar design, would love a smaller version with just logo and FDM written --- Things Dev Should Know About --- - I tried downloading video ...

Re: FDM 5.1

2. If you upgrade to the latest released version: on the web page or in a text document, select multiple links and copy them to the clipboard. In the FDM menu, select "Paste URLs from the clipboard". All copied links will be added to the download list. The list is only copied if the URLs ...

Re: FDM 5.1

The updates keep coming one after another. Add URL from clipboard is really a nice add. Got some suggestions for it. Multiple url are only recognized if they are in separate lines, would be nice if they were also recognized when they are in the same line either separated by a space or " ; "...

Re: FDM 5.1

A late Merry Christmas and an advance Happy New Year to the dev team. I'm guessing the video downloader is your gift to us for the new year. Pretty sure, majority of the users were waiting for this feature. I recently downloaded the latest beta build and so far this is what I got. - Even if total co...

Re: FDM 5.1

Downloaded the latest Stable Build, seems like a lot of bugs have been squished and its ready for daily usage. Unfortunately, few bugs are still there. - Password is not saved, even if the Save is checked. - Still getting lesser speed then IDM. Might be an individual based problem. Picture Link - ht...

Re: FDM 5.1 Beta

Long awaited default file location and catch link without confirmation got added, along with the few other stuffs. This should make FDM more comfortable to use.

So, far everything thing seems stable and found no bugs.

Re: FDM 5.1 Beta

WARNING: I reccommend not to update to FDM 5.1.12, better stay with 5.1.11. Updated from 5.1.11 to 5.1.12 with "Check for updates". FDM 5.1.12 is that slow that I click an action and have to wait around 5 to 10 seconds or even more seconds until FDM reacts once. Very slow. There could be ...

How often do you face the issue? Did it occur only once?

by the way, it seems my fmd is not updating to the 5.1.12 build. it keeps showing fmd is up to date, should i manually reinstall the latest build ?
