Re: Features from previous 3.9.7 in current version
The vote form for feature requests says auto-shutdown has been added, but in 5.1.37 (current as of June 15, 2018), I could not find "shutdown after all downloads complete", only a per-download shutdown, which is greyed out if the download is queued. Or am I missing something?

Re: Vote for upcoming FDM 5 features
A capability to download podcasts (combined with a scheduler) would be a big win for folks on metered internet with an unmetered free period in the middle of the night. (This is the case for satellite internet users)

Re: More specific scheduling options and queuing
I was expecting the scheduler to be in the settings, like in previous versions. It's not - it's a checkbox in the download pop-up when you add a new download. While I preferred the location in settings, I'm sure I can adapt to this. What I would like, however, is a setting to make using the schedule...

Problems downloading Coursera videos
I'm trying to download videos for a Coursera course. This is NOT a video capture issue - download links are provided to the videos. However, you have to be logged into the website to be able to download. If I copy the links to FDM and start the download immediately, the download works. If I copy the...

Re: New User - Query about sleep
HI :D I have just set up FDM as a task to wake the computer so will see if that works tonight but not sure if that is the right thing to do. Help / info appreciated were you able to get this to work? I tried leaving FDM running, then scheduling a wake-up task whose action was to run cmd.exe. This t...

Can I set download time limits to other than whole hours?
The time limits dialog offers a dropdown list for start and stop times. The list only contains whole hours (eg, 1AM, 2AM, etc). Is there any way to set the time between the hours (eg 1:25AM)?

Re: Will downloads continue past the Time Limit?
OK, I did an experiment. I queued a download. At 7:58 AM I changed the time limit from ending at 4AM to ending at 8AM. The download kicked in immediately. 2 minutes later it stopped. Hence, it appears that the end time setting will cause downloads to stop mid-stream. Thus, in spite of what the dialo...

Will downloads continue past the Time Limit?
The docs say that FDM can only initiate downloads during the Time Limit window. It says nothing about whether the download can continue past the end of the window. The explanation for this setting says it's good for cases where your ISP has cheaper rates during certain hours, which would only be use...
