When can I download new hungarian file for 1.1?

What's newer version?
- fdminst.exe
- fdminst_v1.0.exe?

I have a problem with 1.0 version! I clean install 1.0 version (uninstall 0.9 before), and reinstall Hungarian language file. Try change language to Hungarian, but I get error: "Sorry, can't load language".
What's a problem?
