The interface might be OK for novices or those unfamiliar with the old (v3.9) FDM. But the rest of us would like to be able to switch back to the older interface so we can have access to all of the features. Is that something you might consider? I have latest FDM 3.8 build 1173.

The latest FDM is 3.9.4 build 1472. There is still no support for Pale Moon which is now at v25.1.0.
