Ok, Alex, would you tell me if there is a possibility to send you the settings file ... and would it help you?
An alternative would be to make screenshots of the interesting windows... what's better? And which settings are you interested in?

HI!

Please export your FDM's settings and send the resulting file to support email.

When FDM is running in system tray or just minimized and I use a console command like this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Free Download Manager\fdm.exe" "http://download.something.org/file.exe"
everything is OK, but the same command used when fdm.exe is not running starts FDM, then creates strange "double lined" download of the same file.

I just installed the latest official Firefox beta 9 today and the FDM plugin will not enable, even with Nightly Tester Tools. :(

I just installed the latest official Firefox 9 beta 2 today and the FDM plugin still works using official Add-on Compatibility Reporter ;-P
So:
1. You should send complaints to Nightly Tester Tools developers.
2. You should read other topics on Firefox compatibility before posting.

What I did to get the FF 9 compatibility was to edit the install.rdf file in C:\Program Files\Free Download Manager\Firefox\extension to have the max version of 11 instead of 8 and now FF 9 works fine. :D

Are there any plans to expand the plugins SDK?

"Grant all bandwidth for this download" doesn't work anymore, the 2 downloads from 2 different servers are at the same speed.

I just noticed that users do not report the build number in their message!

Go and get Add-on Compatibility Reporter and see if that helps.
