Re: Add-ons
I am waiting to see the new build of fdm that support add-ons. Kindly make the downloading panel two row per download to accomodate more things in a small space or provide option to choose between default and this feature.
Re: Add-ons
支持,需要更强大的功能,但要保持目前简洁的UI风格。

when the new version of FDM will be released.
users are waiting for very long time.

Re: Add-ons
Add-ons for Youtube, Twitch and Bilibili, please!
Re: Add-ons
Youtube and smiliar plataforms like DailyMotion, Vimeo, Twitch, Vevo.
Re: Add-ons
Maybe split FDM's features to addons that can be downloaded seperately within app like
Instagram Post/Story Addon
Youtube Addon
DailyMotion Addon
Vimeo Adoon
Mail.Ru Addon
Twitch Addon
Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HBO, DisneyPlus, AppleTV
Torrent Addon
Converter Addon
Antivirus Addon
This is the way how "stremio" works, to avoid legal actions. share addons as 3rdparty.
They created account system to save addon configuration to setup easier in every machine. same can be done here. and we can import settings and accounts and every configuration maybe

Re: Add-ons
Maybe we can even use existing addons? https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp
are we going to get an update in 2022 or lets wait couple more years?

Re: Add-ons
Awesome! Will there be an Add-Ons page on this site where we can get the Add-Ons or will they be elsewhere?

Re: Add-ons
why anyone take care of your software alex. be adult dont be a child and make the program in such a way that it support 3rd party software like youtube-dl, yt-dlp etc on it own not by developing separate plugins separately.
thanking you

Re: Add-ons
Do we have any add-ons yet? Where can we find them?

Well, FDM plugins have the capability to launch python scripts such as yt-dlp. So someone with a bit of time could definitely make a plugin that embeds yt-dlp in FDM.
I looked at it and it didn't seem that hard, but I have basically no coding experience, so I'm not the one to do it. But maybe someone else?
Check: https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp#embedding-yt-dlp and https://github.com/FreeDownloadManagerTeam/fdm-addons-docs/blob/master/FDM%20Plugins.pdf (the final point, 4.4.4, mentions launchPythonScript).
Re: Add-ons
Such a great software. once perfect. now needs a little push to support only 1 addon. idk why alex didn't add it already as an example
