[+] Notifications with tray balloons when an download complete (2000/XP or higher)

I like this feature alot but would like to suggest if you can please add the ability to hover the mouse over the icon at anytime in the system tray and get a download status popup window similar to the one that comes up when you finish the download. It can display the percentage of downloads that are being downloaded, the speed that they are being downloaded, and the name of the file. Or an option to select what info you want. Thank you!
