Just curious can you run this on Server 2016 or 2019

I attempted to install this on a personal home Server 2019, and it installed just fine, but it it wouldn't run. The interface came up with an empty framed box and I wasn't able to do anything.

So just trying to see if this is possible, or it's a no go.
