We'll see what the next update batch form MS brings. I am a IT guy, so my system is pretty stable for years.
Mentioned GPU problems and other failures cause random crashes at random places.
The problem with IE and FDM on my system is pretty consistent and the the crash dumps crash at the same place which usually points to damaged file or program error. Still, thanks for feedback.

You should better define "the same place". Is it the same site, the same action in FDM or something else?
If you think your hardware is OK, you should do tests on a clean Windows user account, with no antivirus active. There may be some problems with your current user profile - maybe some files or privileges are broken or blocked by antivirus, maybe FDM service files (*.sav) are too big or broken (some updates in the past changed *.sav structure).

By "the same place" I mean that the crash dump analysis of the application crash dump shows the same place on overy file analyzed.

To me it looks like you are watching movies and complaining that all of them finish at the same screen with "The End" letters on it. I'd like you to report the movie content (the final scene at least), not only the movie credits. Do read carefully the reporting rules once again, and don't hesitate to read also the pages linked there, please.

And don't ignore my suggestion to do tests on a clean Windows user profile, please.

The crashes happend on different web pages at random visit times. There is no specific page.
About your suggestion to test it on a clean profile - I did not ignore it, i just had not the time to do it yet. Sorry for that.
At the moment, I've been running WinCrashReportfrom NirSoft, to capture the actual crash.
You can download the crash report here
I hope it will be of some use to you.

Hi, I want to ask. Is FDM 3.9.4 already compatible with Firefox 33? Thanks.

thanks usher...the plugin version 1.6.0.9 is working very well with the last firefox 35....all what you need to do guys is to unstall the old version 1.6.0.8 from firefox...restart it, launch FDM 1482 & activate the plugin on firefox (both on the FDM & firefox) after a new restart all is fine.
good luck

Hi guys, thank you very much for FDM.

I have some trouble activate the monitoring setting for Firefox. When I clicked the monitoring option for Firefox. The FDM asked to activate the browser addon in Firefox. Actually it's already activated and never disabled, but sometimes FDM couldn't intercept all downloading and went to browser downloading instead.

This happened after I restore my computer to earlier with system restore because some troubles with Windows updates. Before restoring, it worked fine.

I've reinstalled Firefox 35, and then checked the FDM addon already enabled. And then I reinstalled FDM but it still same.

Could you give me advice what should I do to tackle this? (I haven't restarting my computer though)

All things you can try to do are already described in the FDM FAQ. Just read carefully about Firefox troubleshooting, please.

Thanks, I didn't see the FAQ link before. Maybe you could add in Help menu for linking to FAQ?

Actually, the browser extension worked fine. There was nothing wrong with it from the first place.
I found the answer based on your post about firefox monitoring here.

Thank you.
