FDM goes GPL ?

FDM goes GPL ?
Hy,
a little but important asks ... it is Freedownloadmanager goes
to GPL in the future ?
why I ask am, because Reactos begins its lists slowly to build
distriebutionslistings with free(os)/GPLed software and I will
gladly Reactos on would list from Reactos.org to see...
Reactos take only GPLed or Open Source Software into the
Distriebution.... FDM is on this would too well over not
list to appear, only it must be GPLed ....

Great move, but... under which GPL version?
GPLv2 or GPLv3 cause there are crucial differences in between these two releases of the GPL.
