Could somebody tell me, what's the url for the current autoupdate site?

http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/update is for 1.0

http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/update2 is for 0.9

Found only these.

Maybe the url could be overwritten by every install, if it doesn't sends the version information.
And why am I able to overwrite this url in the General settings dialog? Is this not something I must not change?
