But settings menus has been suppressed even further? Why is that? No options as to what should be done when an identical file is being downloaded. Not possible to disable seeding before torrent download has finished.
I get the streamlining and WIP excuses when going from 3.1.7 to 5 preview but killing working features of previous version 5 previews, that's just stupid.
Thank you for the feedback. As for the lack of features, we had to leave out some of the options due to the cross-platform support. Now, we're working on this issue and planning to gradually add the lacking settings and features in the next releases.

I'm looking forward. As soon as you will be integrating and monitoring, I get to test the beta version.

Got it! Some important changes:
D. Yessa wrote:v5.1.0.2401 [Jan 14, 2016]
- Internet Explorer integration (not fully tested yet)
- Windows: sometimes main window was not activated on intercepting downloads from browsers
- Mac OS X: Firefox integration bugfix
D. Yessa wrote:Known issues:
- After FDM update on Mac OS X, Chrome/Firefox integration may stop working until the browser is restarted.

The integration works. Thank you.
The context menu is missing after despite the selected option.
Option "Allow the browser to download if you press Cancel" not works.
The following suggestions:
-no automatic cleaning the list of downloaded files.
-No import URLs from the Clipboard.
-no option to paste several links.

Thank you for your feedback and feature suggestions.
As for the URLs importing feature, now FDM allows users to import only one URL from the Clipboard.

Well, Yes, but in version 3. x, and 5 I'm missing this option to import many links.
If it were possible to paste links into the program window, it would be an asset. Currently you can only paste and add only one at a time.
Re: FDM 5.1 Beta
Some core feature is missing.
I can't edit the source URL of the task.
I can't even change the number of connection, speed, etc. of the task
Please include "refresh URL" functionality
Please add in individual connection/url management for each download task
Please include also the save folder detection (downloaded file will saved into the different folder based on the file type automatically)
Please include virus scan integration.

Re: FDM 5.1 Beta
I miss the option "Download selected with FDM" in context menu. It is more helpful while downloading multiple images, icons. Please, add it.
UI is better.
Sometime FDM 5.1 can not get the download link and remain busy and I need to click cancel button.
FDM 5.1 after getting the download link, does not become active or get focus, so we have to click on its task bar button.

We've added your suggestion to our to-do list. Still, unfortunately, we can't say for sure when the feature will be integrated.
Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback and feature suggestion. Could you kindly provide a sample URL where you encountered the problem during the downloading process?
