Firefox 3 plugin?

Does not work with Firefox 3 anymore. No options can be selected with the FDM plugin. It worked fine until a few days ago, now nothing I do can get it to work again. I've tried all the stuff listed above. :(

Same prob in Firefox 3

Same problem as the rest since upgrading to Firefox 3. Plug-in is not present even though I installed after Firefox.

The app is loading fine at startup though. It's just not grabbing any downloads.

Perhaps you could implement a manual install procedure, or maybe a special Firefox plugin install page (like other FF plugins)?

I deinstalled it, rebootet, all as u said.

The "Options" button is not possible to click on. Why? What to do now? I don´t want to use FlashGot only because the button does not work.

Any suggestions?

You should install latest build of FDM and restart Firefox.

I installed version 2.5 build 758. My addin in FF is version 1.3.2.

Right Click now shows "download with free download manager". That works fine. But why can´t I click on the "option" buttion in the FF plugin?

Many Firefox add-ons have Options grayed out. Set your options/preferences in FDM, not Firefox.

i had 2.1 build 484 and i ran updater,but it never said there was an update yet you had 2.5 out .why doesnt update find updates?isnt that tits purpose?

The updater is for build updates, not version upgrades. Look around this forum for notices of a program upgrade.
