This is more of a lingering idea that needs development/direction.

How difficult would be to implement a feature to commence a download on a machine from a remote location? It would be nice to surf the net at work, find a file you were looking for, and tell your machine at home what to download, so by the time you get home from work, it's already there.

Maybe a web-based download manager?

Obviously the same thing can be acheived with a remote desktop, but it's food for thought anyway.
