The FDM Can't Send URLs as UTF-8. Such as if there are some chinese character in URL, the program will create error "Bad request. Possibly this is a bad URL". I use windows 2000 (english) and I cna see chinese in IE browser and download file( with chinese character in URL) from IE 'save as'.

Anyone hase idea to solve this problem.
