Why does FDM prohibit downloading certain links?

When I download files from this website, the browser can download by default, but FDM always prohibits downloading.

I could be wrong, but that looks like it is an HTTP-facing FTP site using a specific port.

This is caused by a wrong HTTP Referer header sent to server by FDM.
Nothing can be done to fix this by the user.
We'll think how to fix this.

Please try this version of FDM and let me know if it works for you. Do not forget to restart your web browser after installation.
