Is there a way to force FDM to recheck torrent downloads?

Hi,

With large bittorrent downloads that gets interrupted it can often be a good idea to force the client to recheck partly downloaded torrents. I see that if you do a clean install of FDM and put a partially downloaded torrent in the download directory and load the original torrent a recheck takes place. So I wonder if there's a way to force this without reinstalling FDM? Most bittorrent clients has this functionality, but I do not really need it that often, so a "hack" to have it happen would be good enough for me.

Update: I have looked into this myself and found a way to it. I delete the download from FDM. This will not delete the partial files or the torrent from the disk. I then load the torrent again and choose the same group for download. This results in a full recheck of the partial download preventing corruption. Especially with large downloads I do this even if I have had to stop the download and do a reboot. I really wish that forced recheck would become an option in FDM since it greatle reduces the chances of spending days on a large download only to get CRC errors when you try to open/install/run the downloaded file.

Most people looking for solutions don't peruse questions with no replies.

Your question/answer would be a good addition to the FDM FAQ, if there was one.
