Add links ed2k/kad emule incorporations
please, thanks...
Support EMULE EDONKEY2000 networks , ipfilter.
support edonkey2000 networks.
Permit ip filter (database) in torrent and emule network.
This is necessary like compression for the support of torrent or ED2k,
because of ISP Bandwidth throttling and privacy.
Thanks
best regards

It's a very old question, see search results:
search.php?keywords=ed2k*+edonkey+emule&terms=any&author=&sc=1&sf=all&sr=posts&sk=t&sd=d&st=0&ch=-1&t=0&submit=Search
And I'm afraid that the answer is still unchanged: "NO".
