FDM going in the right direction
FDM going in the right direction
With the recent update of FDM (6.16.1.4558), I see that HLS support works better than previous versions.I was also able to select resolution from the video stream link. Although the download speed was little slow than expected,I was able to download video in decent time. What is more,I can also convert it into mp4 in very quick time.Although automatic conversion option would be nice.
But there are two things I'd like to see it improve:
a) Support more site for capturing videos.Example site: yoturkish.com
b) When capturing the download link from video stream,it should also retain its title name of the video. For eg: Show "drama episode 1.ts" instead of bunchofalphanumericals.ts
Once the addon and HLS stream feature improves,I don't think any download manager will be on par with FDM.Kudos to the developer!

Re: FDM going in the right direction
Hello,
Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it.
Slow speeds are expected for the live translations, it's OK.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to make it 100% reliable. However, we still can use web page's title. Is it what you need?
