Vote for the new FDM 6 features
Re: Vote for the new FDM 6 features
Ability to configure which part of the files should be downloaded first by the threads.
Right now all FDM threads needs to download equal amount of data - 3 threads means FDM will ask all the threads to start downloading at #0%, #33% and #66%. I think better is to start every xMB - because for big files I want to open it (while it is still downloading) and check what already has been downloaded. For ex. video files - I can start watching already downloaded portion, but if first thread is slow I won't be able to watch it real-time. Three threads downloading 5MB portions will allow me to watch it without disturbing.

Re: Vote for the new FDM 6 features
recently i wanted to download youtube entire channel and playlists, there is no option to download in 720p resolution. Maybe in the next version of FDM6 you can add this feature.i hope you understand.thanks
mirrors for downloading
great program and that its free too, for me if a downloader dosent have a a mirror function then you might be sitting on 40% file download and not move for weeks , then is a downloader ?
Re: Copy selected download(s) path(s)
It would be very useful if FDM had a context menu option to copy the currently selected download file path, and also if CTRL+C (or any other shortcut) was available for the same purpose.
This should also work if multiple files were selected.
Thank you!
