Hello Devs

I have tried to compile revision 37 checked in on 31st May and found the following issues when trying to compile the product for myself.

Files Missing
vmsBrowsersSharedData.h (referenced from FDM/fsIECatchMgr.cpp)
Include.Add/vmsSourceCodeLogger.h and (presumably) Include.Add/vmsSourceCodeLogger.cpp (referenced from UrlMonSpy/stdafx.h)
vmsBrowserActivityMonitor.cpp (referenced in project Component)

Files that don't compile
UrlMonSpy/stdafx.cpp ( SCL_INITOBJECT (_T ("urlmonspy"), 0); )

With this i tried to use one of the other vmsSourceCodeLogger.h in the project (there are 3 others) and none of them contained the SCL_INITOBJECT macro.

If possible can these missing files be added to the repository?

I've pulled the latest revision down and there is another file missing from the repository.

In the base folder

vmsLowIntegrityLevel.h (referenced from vmsBrowsersSharedData.h)

Could I ask when you have a chance you could check in this additional file?
