I voted. The main reason I'm still sticking with the previous version is the lack of a "show progress info" widget. I'd suggest that you might even take it a step further and also offer an option to integrate progress info in the system tray, replacing the icon with a percentage.

No soy un gran fan del minimalismo, en esta versión creo que es demasiado minimalista y no le da tanto margen de maniobra al usuario avanzado, por lo tanto estas son mis sugerencias:

- Primero tal vez una configuración minimalista (la actual, a mis padres les serviría que no sea tan complicado) y una configuración para usuarios que requieren más libertad.
- Para algunos servidores tengo que indicar que solo se puede realizar una sección para dicho servidor (mas específicamente dicha descarga) y limitar el trafico de esa descarga , lo hacia generalmente antes de empezar la descarga, era la sección de propiedades de descarga.
- También no puedo comentar sobre dicha descarga, (comentario para mi), a fin de revisarlo después, generalmente el password o el origen de dicho archivo o que es dicho archivo si es que esta abreviado.
- Por último al momento de actualizar de la versión 3 se perdió mi historial de descarga y los comentarios (los pude recuperar, es bueno que la instalación no borre la versión 3) pero seria bueno que se indicara dicho detalle o se pudiera importar y exportar.


En cuanto a la calidad de la versión 5 los tengo que felicitarlos corre muy bien (y eso que mi computadora es ya vieja) y se que esta empezando apenas y lo tienen que hacer desde 0 al ser nueva de ahí que pidan sugerencias.

The best option to implement would be remote control UI.

FDM is awesome for people like me who have slow download speeds, I run it on a low powered laptop that I have just to download large files overnight however I have to RDP to it every time I want to start a download.

With a remote control UI that would become so much easier, I could easily set a download from my main PC to my download laptop, and have it run the download overnight while my main PC is powered off.

How about Windows Taskbar (or whatever it is called now) integration to show download progess, like IDM, FireFox, Steam and many other programs do?

How about Prioritization of the files...like we use it in torrent clients;
Yes, we do have High, Normal, Low options but we can't prioritize the files by numbering. And also, it would be nice to queue the files by shift & drag through mouse.

Honestly, why is something basic like overwriting existing files not possible?!?!

To set the priority, click on a download in the list of downloads, then choose "Set priority" section and choose the priority from the list that appears.
