FDM 3.9.1 Release Candidate
Re: FDM 3.9.1 BETA

(not waking up the hdd)
It's not saved instantly. List of downloads is saved every 3 minutes (by default) and at the exit. But FDM will not save it (thus write any data to hdd) if there are no changes since the last save (i.e. no downloads has been added and nothing was downloaded).
Oh OKthat explains it
no unnecessary writes
new features planned for next beta(look at user requests duh!)
thanks

Do you really have 50 Gb of free memory available?

As i said 10mbps enterprise connection

so can you fix that in next build?
FDM 3.9.1 BETA bug
just found a major bug but don't know exactly how to re-produce it
can any on verify this
here's how
add a few downloads then start , stop, close(sometime not req)
start , click added(sort by date), stop , restart
some of the downloads appear twice & some of then(nearly downloaded) are lost
in the download directory those lost downloaded(incomplete) files can be seen
can any on verify this

got a similar problem though thought my profile was corrupt went stable to beta
i guess sorting by any type triggers it

Hi guys great job
especially for the portable version
but you guys are making me use windows(no linux support )
The new bit-torrent module has a bug
Sometimes i have to download some files urgently
so i disable seeding for sometime(until that imp file is done)
but FDM doe-snot follow it & keeps seeding(uploading)
Magnet links are not supported
FF extension can be available in install folder as a compressed xpi
(so i can use it in a portable version which is used on diff laptops)?
It can manually install it but that's not very easy(fdm is in a usb with changing drive letters & portable FF)
& keep up the good work
Totally agree with this & hope it gets implemented
+1 to this especially the part of using portable FDM with portable FF(from usb drives on different machines)
will this be implemented in this version?
its an important thing
My Vote goes to this TOO
Please Alex
Re: FDM 3.9.1 BETA
Norton Antivirus deleted flvsniff.dll
Re: FDM 3.9.1 BETA
avira make warning about the fdm.exe
there is anything wrong

Re: FDM 3.9.1 BETA
Anyone having a problem with Chrome - for the past few versions the context menu's aren't working. The right click download all is missing.

Re: FDM 3.9.1 BETA
Are Magnet links supported?
I read somewhere that this feature would be integrated, is it integrated already?

Alex wrote:Please notice that this version uses newer format of its service files which is incompatible with the previous versions of FDM.
Will my list of downloads is lost, if I migrate to the new version?
Re: FDM 3.9.1 BETA
