Is FDM Suppose to have a button to on web?

Hello, Just wondering is FDM suppose to have a download button popup in browser? I have edge and the FDM extension but when video loads nothing pops up to download. Restarted my pc thinking maybe that could be the problem but still nothing. Any Ideas?
