I'm posting because I was unsuccessful searching here for a similar thread.

This is typical of but not exclusive to YouTube. The problem is that it seems to occur often, but randomly; not all the time.

Sometimes, when I hover the mouse over an active video and the "Download it" button appears, and I then try to move the cursor over the "Download it" button to use it, the button disappears/hides. It immediately reappears when I move back over the video. Back and forth, the same thing; appears and disappears.

Does anyone else experience this?

I did discover sort of a workaround for this; by hovering over the video and right clicking in and continuing to depress the right mouse button as I move the cursor, I can move the cursor over to the "Download it" button without it disappearing.

Yes, I've seen this in Firefox and am also using XP SP3. My workaround is to right click a blank area of the page and select Download video with Free Download Manager.
