How will FDM react to a reboot caused by Windows Update?

I have a large list of downloads from the Internet Archive that won't download faster than 1.5 MB/s (throttled on their end), so it's going to take quite a long time. Would exporting the download list help with this?

Or is the queue backed up in such a way that I can safely reboot or otherwise leave my computer unattended without fear of the entire queue needing to be manually input, one-by-one?
