Hi all. I have just downloaded FDM. It appears to be a good programme....but...I haven't a clue what the heck I am doing"!

I downloaded a programme (or was it 2?).....everything seemed to go well, but although set to automatic what happened to the programme? I go to Start/progs and the programme is not listed -- where is it?

When the download completed I should have got a registration menu, it didn't appear, nor has the toolbar icon shown up. Have I got the programme or has it gone AWOL?

There's no dout I must be doing something wrong. Helpppp! Other than that...I will have to uninstall and go back to the usual method of downloading - maybe that's best ~~ I know what I'm doing that way! [/b]

i dont think u understand the concept of FDM, it doesnt install the programs, so they wont be in start menu > programs, u need 2 install them yourself, if your just using default settings goto C:\Downloads your stuff should be in there i think
