Please bring back second level precision in all fields

Hi everyone,
If I correctly remember, second level precision was present till some days ago in FDM 5. I would like to request the developers to bring second level precision to all the fields - http://pasteboard.co/457r53E1z.png

System information -
Free Download Manager 5.1.26.5889 (aba1429) 64-bit
Mozilla Firefox 52.0.2 64-bit
Microsoft Windows 10 pro 64-bit
