Download Address can not be changed

I am downloading a 300Mb file at 3Kbps and took me days. The last min i had to change the address of the file because it was changed. I try to make changes in the Properties and it wouldn't allow me.

Also the restart download should have a Warning popup. Which tell me that my files will be deleted.

So after downloading to 97% i now have to download again!

I was dowloading a file which is very big(about 4168Mb), lately the server is not responding, i.e. it has been changed. I tried to change the URL address, it says I can't change What am I supposed to do. HELP
