the software is pretty neat.. and first of all it is ad/spy ware free.. and thats the best.. but

i tried to download a movie.. whenever i use FDM it stops downloading.. and when i use the regular IE download .. it worked perfectly.. why is that happeneing? and any suggesstion to make it work..

Is it a FTP address?

This happens to me too. http and ftp links. I could be downloading something and it stops sometimes halfway through the download and sometimes it stops at the near end of the download.

*This happens for long or slow downloads. FDM stops downloading for no reason at all, though the Download icon is still a blue arrow, indicating that the download is going on. However, Time remaining tab shows nothing at all, and download is actually stopped.

Also, it seems that when we're downloading a file in many parts, download sometimes stops when one part finishes downloading.

There is no indication in Log (The one that's shown in the GUI) why or when the download stopped.

FDM makes a connection, but I cannot CD to hyatt directory.

*Highlighting a download and hitting the PAUSE key does not stop the download. I have to click on stop Icon in the menu.

*When FDM is starting a download, and the download ICon is Yellow Arrow,
the stop Icon is inactive and I cannot stop the download.

Once these few Kinks are worked out, FDM has the potential to be a GetRight killer!

Nothing happens on theis URL at all. FDM doesn't pick it up at all.
