Uninstall program

Can't uninstall this program, I get the message stating the program is running when it is closed -any suggestions!

It is probably still running in the background. Press "Ctrl, Alt and Del" and end the program fdm.exe.

Is the program minimized in the system tray?

If yes, you must close it before uninstalling!

You must uninstall FDM with 'Add/Remove Software'

Click Start, Settings, Control Panel and finally, Add/Remove Software.

Im trying to uninstall fdm and none of the above work.everytime I hit remove program fdm starts running again after even ending task in task manager.I run on xp pro.fdm program is minimized in tray and I even tried the unistaller file in the fdm program file.so there has to be some way of removing it.let me know
