Just tried 5.1 after having been a long time 3.x user. I just uninstalled it after 3 days of use. Biggest issue for me was not being able to see whether or not I was downloading via multiple sections or not. I like that visual indication (at least put a number somewhere?).

Can we please get a media grabber like in idm.
For youtube posting the link works very well. A pop up below/above the video playing allowing us to download it would be a great addition!

The update is turned off on purpose, if you downloaded the previous beta version (5.1.16, build 4477), please install the new one over your previous installation manually. The bug with internal update is fixed in the new beta.

Dear Developers;

It is good to have such a wonderful downloader in the pc but waiting when you people add some of the following features... (Please provide approx. date or version)

1. Flash video downloading from browsers.
2. Portable version and less size.

After these two upgrade i will switch to FDM 5.x...

And for the development may i have the right to comment on if yes read below...
Your are using 3rd parties libs to build FDM...

1. Is it possible to create own libs to build FDM which eventually reduces size and many software developer does those things..

i m unable to download videos from daclips, nowvideos, gorillavid, novamov etc from browsers firefox and chrome. while in firefox only youtube shows download with fdm.

In FDM 5.1 there is not option edit properties like earlier versions of FDM 4.7. In FDM 4.7 for downloads which did not resume you edit properties and put different URL and download would resume. this was useful when downloading files form sites like mediafire. in FDM 5.1 there is no such option hence you would not be able resume download.
