Download Manager for Chromebook?

Downloaded the extension for Chromebook but when I click on the extension it fails to open anything, just says loading. What am I doing wrong, can anyone assist. Thanks!

Hello,
The extension requires FDM to be installed. However, Chromebook is not supported by FDM. Please sorry that our extension could possibly mislead you.
