I can't see any date in your message. How long ago have you made that screenshot? Before or after 2021-09-16?

It looks like there is an old certificate cached somewhere in your system. Currently FDM has a new certificate dated on 2021-09-16.
Close FDM, run your browser and delete all freedownloadmanager.org pages from your browser history, then restart your system and try again. It should help if you don't use any external proxy for connection.
