Bug?

No matter how I set the "maximum number" (of sections) in the "default download settings" dialog, the downloads always have one section too many. Is that a bug?

Does it happen before 90% of the file is completed?

Yes, it goes straight to the maximum number of sections plus one after the download starts.

Shouldnt the developper be told this then? Its a rather obvious and annoying bug.
