Preferences/General/"Enable standalone downloads window"

I would like for the standalone window to stay open on completion.

There is a checkmark that you can uncheck for this to work, but for new downloads, it's always checked to close.

It would be nice if the standalone window remembered the last used state. Is there already an option for this that I'm missing?
