In Options > Download options > Monitoring I have selected 'Allow Internet Explorer to downloadif you pressed Cancel'.

When I cancel a download right after FDM is automatically launched, the default IE download dialog opens, but FDM opens too, and I think it shouldn't, I think it should automatically be closed, since the IE donwload stuff suppsoedly takes control. So I have an additional step, which is to close FDM...

Is that a bug or what?
