Hello.
I had an app freeze today while using FDM when i check the URL, I tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the app, neither of which resolved the app freeze. I was also unable to remake the settings of FDM, and every time I reinstalled the application, FDM kept the what i freeze last time.
I tried resetting the app as by following other post about the reset, but I can't find the folder Softdeluxez.
My device is an M1Pro Mac and the version is Ventura 13.3.1. FDM 6.19.0
Can you help me please? Thank you very much.

Do you mean the app is not responding and you have to use Force Quit menu? If it's so, then Mac should show you a report window. There you can find details (quite a long text). Send these details to me please (you can post them here).

Hi alex, I deleted that entire folder (/Free Download Manager/logs) and restarted FDM it works again, thank again for your time.

Well, this made it impossible for us to fix the issue (whatever it was)...
