Add an option to disable torrent functionality to lighten the system

Please my notebook is not very powerful and i don't need the torrent functionality, it will be great to make special version of FDM without torrent capacity or add an option ti disable completely torrent functionality. Thank you very much

If your notebook is powerful enough to run FDM 5.x, you don't need to remove torrent functionality. Just turn off all torrent options in FDM and in your system and don't use torrents.
