I could not find a way to search through this topic (print view shows me separate pages, not entire topic) - sorry if my questions were answered before.

1. How can I fully disable torrent support? .torrent files are handled by another application, but when I click a link to download .torrent file FDM suggests to download the whole torrent. If I choose Cancel ("Allow ... if you press Cancel" is switched on) on some sites browser downloads the .torrent file, but on another (rutracker.org) nothing happens (BTW I always use autoupdated Chrome).

2. An option "Set the date ... by the server" works from time to time. Yesterday I've downloaded many drivers from nVidia. Most of the files got date and time provided by the server, but one of them had realtime timestamp. I re-downloaded this file 3 times with no difference - each time I've got realtime timestamp. And only when I clicked the link with RMB and choosed "Download with Free Download Manager", I've got the right result.

2a. Another day I downloaded two files from Teamviewer. Both of them had realtime stamps, but when I deleted and re-downloaded them again they got date and time from the server. And there is a very strange thing. When I click "Download Free for private use" at http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx , FDM tries to download the file and shows the 3.3MB size. When download completes, I get 6.0 version installer with 19 ‎February ‎2013 timestamp in file properties. But if I click Cancel in FDM, Chrome starts to download 8.8MB file wich is 10.0 version installer!!! How can it be?!

3. I can't find a way to get the downloaded file history if the "Automatically remove completed downloads from list", but the "Don't save logs of downloads" is unchecked.

4. "Silent monitoring" does not work.

For now I have Windows 10 Pro TP build 10041, Internet Explorer 11.0.10011.0, Chrome v41.0.2272.101 m & FDM 5.0.4457

1. When I use IE11 - .torrent files download properly.
2a. was my mistake - the option "Identify on server as" was set to "Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0". Now I switched it back to "FDM 5.0" and the issue with Teamviewer site is resolved.

At this point you can't fully disable it, unfortunately. Will be added to our TO-DO.

Please clarify the question: if you have the "Automatically remove completed download from list" option checked, then your downloads will be cleared from FDM history, including the logs for these downloads.

It deems to me that in 3.x version there was a history tab where I could see all downloaded files.
But in the main window they disappeared when download completes.

WOW!!!! that was a major update with the UI.. hope everyone loves it.. and it suits the current flat style.. features are amazing.. especially the YouTube downloader .. only problem was that it took me a few minutes to find were are all the options.. like where to select the traffic usage mode etc.. but maybe its just for me.. anyways awesome update.. loved it.. thanks for a this new wonderful experience and hope you guyz release the stable version soon....

FDM chrome plug-in BUG, unstable, and the chrome default download conflict. In addition, suggested adding a shortcut keys, press the default chrome download.

What bug, what unstable, what conflict? Could you follow the reporting rules and provide more details, please?

Would it be possible to download from sites to which access is required login and password?

Not sure if this is a bug or just a missing feature. But I can't save any files to network shares, FDM5 (build 4520) just gives an error message "the target network folder is not available".

I'm really missing the "download all" feature, especially in the right-click menu. It's the single biggest reason I have used FDM for years, and now it's gone. The ability to download all files of a certain type that were linked to on a given webpage by filtering the filetype was extremely useful. It was the single most important feature of FDM.

Please install the feature of automatic newer version check and download in both of fdm (stable and preview).

Functional recommendations:
Proposal to increase the bulk paste function to download address.
PS currently only supports single address and download, if we can increase the volume of disposable copy multiple address to download will be better.
