How to report a bug or a problem
How to report a bug or a problem
If you have a problem using FDM and want to report it, please try to provide the detailed description, otherwise your report will be probably useless. No one knows which smallest thing may be helpful, so don't write "I skipped some irrelevant details”, please.
If it's possible, change language in FDM to English and only then provide error messages, screenshots, logs, etc.
Warning: If you use login/password for your download, do not post the detailed log on the forum as it contains your login information. Send it to developers via private message instead. See also FDM FAQ for contacting with support.
If you still have doubts about needed details, read general rules "How to Report Bugs Effectively" before posting your report, please.
If anything is still unclear, read "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" before asking, please.
